Anyone can become homeless through no fault of their own and for a myriad of reasons; therefore, no one solution fits all. We need to know who is homeless in our community and why.
Coming Home provides Community-based Case Management to those experiencing homelessness and entering the system through the 211 Homeless Hotline. We provide temporary, emergency motel placement when no other shelter is available, and assist clients who can be diverted from the shelter system.
Any persons experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness in Middlesex County must call 211 to enter the system of helpful providers.
What a homeless person needs, first and foremost, is a home. In order to increase the inventory of affordable housing in the County, Coming Home operates its Homes for Homeless (H4H) Program.
